Dennis Schroder loses tooth, tucks it in his sock for safe keeping image

Hawks' guard Dennis Schroder is a tough dude. The 6-2 German point guard has no problem going hard to the basket, taking punishment from the litany of NBA players much larger than him.

On Monday night, Schroder got roughed up by Blazers center Myers Leonard while going for a loose ball, and got one of his teeth knocked out. Instead of lamenting over his lost incisor, Schroder tucked it away in his sock for safe keeping and went back at it,

Schroder gets paid millions of dollars to play professional basketball, but even he isn't passing up a chance to get an extra buck from the tooth fairy.
