DeMarcus Cousins says NBA Draft tweet was about 'hot sculpting class' image

The Kings made a lot of moves during the NBA Draft, and it left a lot of people confused. Among those lost in the confusion appeared to be Kings center DeMarcus Cousins, who tweeted this on draft night:

It appeared to be an obvious subtweet to Sacramento's moves, which involved selecting Marquese Chriss at No. 8 and then sending him to Phoenix for the 13th pick and Bogdan Bogdanovic (a 2014 first-rounder who has no NBA experience). They then used that 13th pick on Greek center Georgios Papagiannis, a player projected to go in the second round.

Cousins' tweet gained attention, and on Friday he was asked about it by ESPN's Marc J. Spears.

Kings All-Star DeMarcus Cousins told The Undefeated his draft night tweet had nothing to do with the draft. So what was it about? "A hot sculpting class," Cousins said jokingly.

His response is essentially a way of saying, yes, it was about the draft, but he can't officially go on record as saying that. Cousins has experience in subtweeting, so we'll just add this to his resume.
