The legendary broadcaster, known for his wacky suits and upbeat candor, posted that he was yet again preparing to battle cancer after doctors cleared him to return to work earlier in March.

Sager, 63, has been battling the disease for some time with huge support from the community around him. He did not travel to cover the 2015 NCAA Tournament and now, it appears that doctors need him to stay put as they prepare to put him through rounds of treatment.
We're all hoping that he makes a speedy recovery yet again and can make it back to the court sooner than later.
