A dark chapter of NBA history will be revisited in "Clipped," the FX miniseries based on the ESPN podcast "The Sterling Affairs."

"Clipped" provides a behind-the-scenes look at the 2014 scandal surrounding former Clippers owner Donald Sterling, who was banned from the NBA after audio recordings revealed him making racist comments in a conversation with his then-mistress V. Stiviano. "Clipped" creator Gina Welch dives into the dysfunction at the center of a star-studded team that was chasing its first championship under head coach Doc Rivers.
