Derrick White and Jaylen Brown combined to score 57 points in the Celtics' 120-95 Game 1 win over the Cavaliers. Boston led by as many as 26 points in the matchup and is now looking to nab its second home victory in the series.

Jayson Tatum had a double-double of 18 points and 11 rebounds, and Payton Pritchard contributed 16 points off the bench. Boston shot 39.1 percent from 3-point range and only turned the ball over six times in its second-round opener.

Cleveland guard Donovan Mitchell led all scorers with 33 points, and Evan Mobley had a double-double of 17 points and 13 rebounds. The Cavaliers couldn't match the Celtics' firepower, as they shot just 41.1 percent from the field.

The Cavs will have to stifle the Celtics' elite offense in Game 2 if they want to return home with a win under their belt. Otherwise, Cleveland will be staring down a 2-0 deficit against the Eastern Conference's No. 1 seed.
