All employees who work in Quicken Loans Arena and with the Cavaliers organization will be getting an NBA championship ring, thanks to owner Dan Gilbert.
Gilbert and his partners will be giving more than 1,000 championship rings to full- and part-time workers, including janitors, ticket takers, security guards, ushers and vendors, Cleveland.com reported.
Naturally, the employee's rings won't be encrusted with diamonds like the team members', but they have all been fitted for a ring.
