Joakim Noah’s shoulder troubles don’t appear to be over just yet.
The Bulls center left his team’s 83-77 loss to the Mavericks on Friday with a separated left shoulder, the team announced.

Noah grabbed his shoulder and screamed as it seemed to pop out of place after a collision with Mavs center JaVale McGee early in the second quarter.
He injured the same shoulder in December against the Nets, but didn’t have surgery.
