It seems every year players and teams get more creative when using social media in their push for All-Star votes.
The Clippers went Hollywood in their campaign, using R&B star Brian McKnight to woo voters in their direction.

McKnight re-worked his 1999 hit “Back At One” to get votes for Blake Griffin, DeAndre Jordan and Chris Paul as NBA All-Stars in a YouTube video for the Clippers.
Griffin (396,630) ranked fifth among Western Conference frontcourt vote-getters as of Sunday, with Jordan (133,484) down at No. 13. Paul (410,284) is third among guards, trailing Curry (1.2 million) and Russell Westbrook (609,901).
McKnight may not be the guy you want to try to get you over the hump, though. Widely hailed as one of the great voices of his era in his genre, McKnight has never won a Grammy, despite being nominated 16 times.
