Answers by Bob Myers, general manager and president of basketball operations, Golden State Warriors:
Q: How has the Warriors' team chemistry changed with the addition of Kevin Durant?
A: We’ve been fortunate to have some good chemistry. Chemistry is something that takes time to develop. We are still in the nascent stages of having Kevin on our team. We feel confident that his addition will only add to the positive chemistry we’ve been able to develop over the last couple years. We try to add as many good people in our organization as possible. We definitely feel that Kevin meets this criteria. It should be fun to see how we evolve over the course of the season.

Q: What is one quality you use to evaluate players that most people normally wouldn't think about?
A: One quality that we attempt to evaluate is the competitive drive of a player. We have found that it can be hard to measure. I imagine one day there might even be a way to quantify competitiveness, but we haven’t figured it out. Draymond Green has achieved a lot of success simply due to his competitiveness.

Q: What things do sports agents do that most people might not know about?
A: Most people are not aware that the majority of agents are actually attorneys as well. Honing the ability to read a contract, negotiate a contract and protect your clients legally are tools that agents use that most people may not be aware of. Sometimes you are also put in a position to have to evaluate talent when you choose who you want to attempt to represent. A complete understanding of the respective sports’ collective bargaining agreement can separate the good agents from the elite agents. When I was an agent, it took me many years to fully comprehend the NBA’s collective bargaining agreement.
