Do you want to feel some NBA nostalgia this summer? The Big 3 has you covered.

The 3-on-3 league will bring out a few recognizable NBA names from years past, including a two-time Big 3 MVP. If you happen to catch a Big 3 game, you will almost certainly have a "Oh, I remember him!" moment.

These guys may be past their primes, but they aren't ready to walk off into retirement just yet. Here are the top five players in the Big 3 this season.

Ranking best Big 3 players in 2022

1. Joe Johnson, Triplets

"Iso Joe" has quickly established himself as the Big 3's biggest star. He earned his second MVP award last season, leading the league in scoring (22.8 points per game).

A seven-time NBA All-Star, Johnson is simply unstoppable in Big 3 competition.

2. Jason Richardson, Tri-State

The former Warriors guard is firmly in the MVP conversation this season. He has been getting the job done on both ends, as he is among the league leaders in 3-pointers and blocks.

Richardson is the biggest reason why Tri-State has gotten off to such a strong start.

3. Gerald Green, Bivouac

It didn't take long for Green to make an impact in his debut season. He is second in total points, fifth in total rebounds and first in total field goals and 3-pointers through four weeks.

4. Michael Beasley, 3's Company

Beasley is a matchup nightmare. Through four weeks of action, he is third in total points and leads the Big 3 in 4-pointers. (Yes, the league has 4-point shots.)

At 6-9 with guard skills, Beasley is built to thrive in this environment.

5. Rashard Lewis, 3 Headed Monsters

Lewis has missed a couple of games this season, but he deserves a spot on the list. He is a former Big 3 MVP and scoring champion, and his team has consistently reached the playoffs.
