Nearly two months removed from the trade deadline day deal that brought him to Brooklyn, Ben Simmons has not yet suited up for the Nets.
The three-time All-Star is dealing with a back issue that has kept him sidelined since he joined his new team. Simmons has made some progress in recent practices, but the Nets have not offered a timetable on his Brooklyn debut.

Is Ben Simmons playing tonight vs. Knicks?
Simmons will not play against the Knicks, as he has already been ruled out for the rest of the regular season and the Eastern Conference Play-In Tournament. He is listed as out on the Nets' injury report because of "return to competition reconditioning and back soreness."
While Simmons has been able to do light shooting and work with resistance bands, Brooklyn coach Steve Nash told reporters on Monday that Simmons is "doing nothing on the floor" in terms of full contact drills.
