No one knows what will become of 76ers rookie Ben Simmons.

MORE: NBA Rookies of year from 1990-present

It's simply too early to tell, but judging from the No. 1 overall draft pick's performance in the NBA Summer League, he has the building blocks to be every bit the brilliant ballplayer he's projected to be (We'll hold off on the LeBron James comparison for now).

Yes, there's plenty he needs to be improve on, namely his comfort level with shooting the mid-range jumper. But there's nothing the 6-10, 240-pounder can't do. Nickname him in "Ragu", because it's all in there. From prodigious passing and a penchant for connecting on difficult, off balance, shots in the lane to deft dribbling ability and hardnosed rebounding, the Austrailian possesses an altogether unique set of skills.

The LSU product put them all on display in six summer league games in Salt Lake City and Las Vegas, averaging 10.8 points, 7.7 rebounds 5.5 assists and a steal while playing just under 30 minutes per game. He saved his best for last, posting his lone double-double with 15 points, 10 boards and six assists in a 74-66 win against the Heat this past Friday.

Check out this highlight reel of his top plays from the summer to whet your appetite for the regular season.

Enjoy.
