Just when it looked like the Hornets were starting to put things together, they appear to have run into a setback.
Center Al Jefferson will miss two to three weeks after an MRI on Monday revealed a strained left calf, according to the team.

Jefferson suffered the injury in the first quarter of Sunday’s 87-82 win over the Bucks.
The 30-year-old big man has averaged 13.7 points and 6.4 rebounds in 26.2 minutes per game for the Hornets, who have won seven of their past nine games.
