Two of the top four teams in the Eastern Conference will be on display Thursday when the 76ers travel to Indianapolis to play the Pacers.
Philadelphia (29-16) has been rejuvenated since its acquisition of All-Star Jimmy Butler, who has formed the 76ers' version of a "Big Three" along with Ben Simmons and Joel Embiid. The 76ers are coming off back-to-back wins heading into this matchup, including a blowout victory over the Timberwolves in which Philadelphia scored a season-high 149 points.
The Pacers (29-14) have also caught fire as of late, winning 16 of their last 20 games. Their last win, a 131-97 thrashing of the Suns, saw seven Pacers score in double figures. Bojan Bogdanovic and Tyreke Evans led the way with 20 points apiece.
This will be the third of four meetings this season between the two teams. Each team has won a game in the season series so far, with the road team coming away victorious both times.
