New York Knicks guard Miles "Deuce" McBride played the hero at West Virginia University on Friday.
On the "Pat McAfee Show," McBride, who played basketball at West Virginia, was challenged to hit a deep shot to have McAfee's show cover the rest of a student's tuition.
When McAfee asked McBride if the shot was as deep as a half-court shot on an NBA court, McBride said, "It's pretty far."
McBride then lined up the shot and laced it, as the crowd exploded.
McAfee and the crowd then began chanting, "Deuce! Deuce!"

McBride made a massive leap as a shooter last year, his third season in the NBA. McBride went from a 29% three-point shooter in 2022-23 to knocking down 41% of his attempts on over three attempts per game.
Thanks to that improvement, some lucky WVU student's tuition is now covered.
