The Barclays Center located in Brooklyn, N.Y. will host the event featuring potential future All-Stars such as projected No. 1 overall pick Karl Anthony-Towns of Kentucky, Duke center Jahil Okafor and Ohio State guard D’Angelo Russell.

The draft itself will consist of two rounds with two separate formats (each with 30 picks). Silver will announce the picks in the first, followed by deputy commissioner Mark Tatum announcing the picks in the second. Teams will have five minutes in the first to make their selection, but in the second, they’ll only have two. The Timberwolves luckily have 15 minutes to make their choice with the first selection.
