The Cup Series is headed to the Golden State for the second time in three weeks, with the Pala Casino 400 slated to take place at Auto Club Speedway in San Bernardino.

Updates, highlights from the Pala Casino 400

Last year, Kyle Larson took the checkered flag at the two-mile track, stringing together a late-race rally to get off the mark in 2022.

The D-shaped terrain is not a place for the faint of heart, having hosted a number of barnburners since it first started hosting Cup Series races in 1997. From Rusty Wallace to Kyle Busch, a number of NASCAR legends have made the low-banked super speedway home.

Who will add to the legacy this time around? It remains to be seen. One thing is certain, though: it will be an enthralling watch.
