Busch has been the best driver on the best NASCAR team the past three seasons and is in a great position to become just the 11th driver in series history to repeat as title-holder. The race also marks the end of future Hall of Famer Tony Stewart's NASCAR Sprint Cup career.

The Camping World Trucks and Xfinity Series will also be in action at Homestead-Miami, determining their season champions in the Ford EcoBoost 200 and Ford EcoBoost 300, respectively.
