NASCAR's Sprint Cup Series will head to Sonoma Raceway in northern California this weekend for one of two road-course races this season. Road races used to be dominated by a handful of competitors, but 10 different drivers have won the last 10 Sprint Cup races at Sonoma.

Sunday's Sprint Cup Toyota/Save Mart 350 at Sonoma begins at 3 p.m. ET from Sonoma Raceway in Sonoma, Calif., about an hour north of San Francisco. Four drivers are co-favorites to win. The race has been run every year since 1989.

Jeff Gordon has five wins in Sprint Cup races at Sonoma, three more than the next best driver, and nine road-course victories overall, the most in NASCAR history. Carl Edwards won at Sonoma in 2014.
