One wouldn’t know anything was hampering Kyle Busch at Bristol Motor Speedway on Sunday afternoon. But NBC reported that the leader of the most laps so far in the rain-delayed Bass Pro Shops NRA Night Race was fighting a headache.
Busch, a five-time winner at the track, led 218 of the first 301 laps.

On Lap 190, though, NBC reported that Busch had told his team that he had a headache.
“He radioed in and said, ‘Next time in, guys, give me a bottle of water with some Goodies headache powder in it. I’ve got a pretty bad headache right now,” the network reported during the broadcast.
