Two spectators injured during Sunday's crash at Daytona International Speedway have hired an attorney to represent them in a case against the track and NASCAR. It was first reported by ESPN.
Matt Morgan, whose Orlando-based firm represents accident victims regularly, has been retained by two of the five victims who suffered injuries when Austin Dillon went airborne and destroyed his car and the fence during the last lap of Sunday's Coke Zero 400.

Four of the patrons were treated on-site, while one went to the hospital and was released several hours later.
Morgan and his firm have experience in not only standard personal injury cases, but NASCAR ones, as well. Thirteen people received settlements from injuries sustained in a 2013 Xfinity Series (at the time, Nationwide) race thanks to Morgan's team. The statute of limitations in injury cases in Florida is four years.
"I have been retained by two individuals who were sitting three rows up from the point of impact at the Daytona Coke Zero 400 crash," Morgan told ESPN. "They were treated for their injuries in Daytona and are following up at their local hospital."
