UFC President Dana White could sense something very different about Ronda Rousey even before she stepped into the octagon for her UFC 207 match with Amanda Nunes.

ESPN reporter Ramona Shelburne talked to White before the fight, and he seemed surprised by Rousey's prefight routine.

"I just went back there and saw her," White told Shelburne. "It was like church back there. it was really quiet. (White said) What's going on in here? Is anybody talking?'

"Apparently, that's how they wanted it," Shelburne said, saying White told her that Rousey's prefight routine is usually "a little more relaxed."

Nunes knocked out Rousey via TKO just 48 seconds into their fight, the third fastest knockout in women's UFC bantamweight history. Making her first UFC appearance since her loss to Holly Holm in November 2015, Rousey has now lost two consecutive fights, fueling speculation she may retire.

"I knew I was gonna beat the s— out of Ronda Rousey. I’m the best on the planet. C’mon, guys!," Nunes said after the fight. "Forget about Ronda Rousey! She’s gonna go do movies. Forget about her. She has a lot of money already."
