Who won Stage 15 of the 2015 Tour de France?
For the first time in several stages, there was no breakaway pack finishing ahead of the peloton, meaning teams were jockeying for position at the front of the peloton for its sprinters. A couple of breakaways by Michal Kwiatkowski and Zdenek Stybar failed, as they made their move too far from the finish.
So with 500 meters to go, it became a race from the riders at the front of the peloton between Andre Griepel, Alexander Kristoff, John Degenkolb and Peter Sagan.
Griepel made his move from the left and held off the rest of the sprinters during a longer-than-usual sprint. Griepel won his third stage victory of this year's Tour.
