Justin Bieber apologizes to Ronda Rousey, then clowns her for getting knocked out image

Justin Bieber is sorry. 

The pop sensation, who recently released his latest album, "Purpose," apologized for being rude to former UFC champion Ronda Rousey's sister when she asked for his autograph, even though he said he doesn't recall the incident.

He isn't sorry for clowning Rousey, who suffered her first defeat Sunday after Holly Holm delivered a swift kick to her neck. The loss detroyed Rousey's aura of invincibility.

"She got knocked out cold," Bieber, who fancies himself a boxer, said in Australia earlier this week. "Oh, my God, she got knocked out so bad. Yeah, no, she got pummeled."
