The money keeps rolling in for Floyd Mayweather Jr. and Manny Pacquiao's long-awaited fight.
Normally a free event under Nevada law, both Mayweather and Pacquiao's camps agreed to charge $10 for fans to watch the weigh-in to avoid masses of people camping out in front of the MGM Grand and other MGM resorts, according to ESPN.

By making fans buy tickets for the weigh-in, seats will be assigned and the crowds will be more managable. Each person is only allowed to purchase 10 tickets and all proceeds will be donated to Cleveland Clinic Lou Ruvo Center for Brain Health (Pacquiao's charity) and the Susan G. Komen for the Cure Foundation (Mayweather's charity).
The MGM Grand and other MGM resorts have also decided to sell tickets at $150 apiece to view the fight on TV in its hotels and casinos, according to Boxing Junkie .
Those 50,000 tickets on sale were sold out within a matter of hours Thursday. MGM resorts are the only places on the Vegas Strip that are allowed to broadcast the fight. MGM Resorts International is currently trying to find another venue to host 15,000 more people at $150 per ticket.
