The UFC will broadcast on Fox for the third time in 2016 when the network presents UFC on Fox 20 on Saturday live from the United Center in Chicago.
The main event will feature former women's bantamweight champion and No. 2 ranked Holly Holm against No. 7 ranked Valentina Shevchenko.
Holm (10-1) captured the strap from Ronda Rousey at UFC 193, but lost it in her first title defense against Miesha Tate at UFC 196 in March.

Shevchenko (12-2) also fought at UFC 196, losing to now 135-pound champion Amanda Nunes by unanimous decision. The native of Peru was shaky in the opening two rounds, but came on in the third round as Nunes began to fade. If Shevchenko had two more rounds, the fight could have gone a different way.
A Holm win puts her in prime position to regain her title against Nunes. If Shevchenko wins, it throws the women's bantamweight division for a loop. The status of Rousey is still unknown and Julianna Pena would seem to be the viable contender to put in the title position. But, a Nunes-Pena fight doesn't scream box office.
In the co-main event, former Strikeforce lightweight champion and two-time UFC lightweight title challenger Gilbert Melendez returns after a 13-month layoff to battle perennial 155-pound contender and No. 6 ranked Edson Barboza.
After Melendez (22-5) lost to now-lightweight champion Eddie Alvarez at UFC 188, the UFC announced "El Nino" had tested positive for performance-enhancing drugs and was suspended for one year. Barboza (17-4) put in his best performance at UFC 197, dismantling former lightweight champ Anthony Pettis.
Other fights on the main card include: Bojan Mihajlovic vs. Francis Ngannou and Kailin Curran vs. Felice Herrig.
