Conor McGregor tells everyone he is about fighting, history, money and numbers. He is accomplishing all four of those things heading into Saturday's UFC 196 main event fight against Nate Diaz.
McGregor, the UFC featherweight champion, will be paid $1 million for this much anticipated welterweight showdown, the Nevada Athletic Commission has disclosed. He will not receive a bonus for winning.

Diaz will make $500,000. Like McGregor, he will receive no win bonus.
Women's bantamweight champion Holly Holm, who headlines the co-main event, will get $500,000 with no win bonus. Opponent Miesha Tate will make $46,000 with a win bonus of $46,000.
UFC 196 will be staged at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas. The main card begins at 10 p.m. ET and available via pay-per-view.
