"The Ultimate Fighter" returns for its 32nd season and 19th year since debuting in 2005. While the show's concept has evolved, the format has remained relatively the same.

16 fighters across two divisions are divided into teams coached by two UFC champions. From the first episode to the last, fighters eat, sleep, and train together to compete inside the UFC Octagon by season's end and earn a six-figure contract with the promotion.

The 2024 edition of 'The Ultimate Fighter' from the UFC APEX in Las Vegas brings to the forefront a compelling flyweight rivalry between Alexa Grasso and Valentina Shevchenko. These two fighters, who have already shared the cage twice, are set to ignite the octagon with their mirror-image styles. Grasso upset Shevchenko at UFC 285 in March 2023 to win the flyweight belt, and their rematch at 'Noche UFC' ended in a draw, setting the stage for an epic trilogy bout.

This season will focus on the men's featherweight and men's middleweight divisions. Here's everything you need to know about how to watch TUF season 32,
