If you thought Nick Diaz would sit by and let new UFC welterweight champion Tyron Woodley challenge him to a fight at UFC 202 in three weeks, then you don't know the free-spirited Diaz well.

In an interview with TMZ, the former UFC title challenger and one of the biggest draws in the UFC responded to Woodley. He just doesn't think the UFC is going to pony up the money to make the fight happen
"If they make me an offer I can't refuse," Diaz told TMZ. "But I doubt that's going to happen. I'm over here, look at me right now — I don't need nothing. I don't owe nobody nothing. I don't owe anybody sh--. I haven't been fanatical about fighting since I was 15 or 14. ...
"Once I turned pro, I was like OK, this is not fun and games now. This is me. I'm going to come and I work on karma. UFC 202 takes place Aug. 20 from the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas. It is headlined by Diaz's younger brother Nate in a rematch against featherweight champion Conor McGregor.
