Conor McGregor may be the first UFC fighter to hold belts in two weight classes simultaneously, but don’t start comparing him to Floyd Mayweather.
TMZ caught up with the undefeated, insanely wealthy boxer on the street and tried to engage him in conversation regarding McGregor and his UFC 205 win over Eddie Alvarez.

Not only did Mayweather, 39, not watch the fight, he didn’t even know it happened. He then went on to dispel any notion that McGregor is the “Floyd Mayweather of MMA.”

"I mean if you’re saying he’s the Floyd Mayweather of the MMA, I’m trying to find out,” he said. "Have you ever made $300 million in one night? Have you ever made $100 million in one night? Have you ever made $70 million in one night?"
Mayweather, surrounded by a group of followers, exuded his trademark confidence when downplaying McGregor’s accomplishments.
“I’m a living legend,” Mayweather said. “Never compare Conor McGregor to me. That’s total disrespect. I’m an elephant. Elephants don’t beef with ants. Elephants are so large they don’t even see ants.”
Hopefully McGregor, who demanded ownership stake in UFC after Saturday’s victory, continues his reckless nature and responds to Mayweather’s comments.
