Brock Lesnar's camp plans to ask the Nevada State Athletic Commission for an extension on his temporary suspension on doping allegations so they can have more time to build a case in his defense.
The commission will hear the request Aug. 23, according to MMA Junkie.

It had appeared the former UFC heavyweight champion made a successful return after a four-and-half year hiatus when he defeated Mark Hunt by unanimous decision at last month's UFC 200. Then, it was revealed Lesnar had failed pre-and post-fight drug tests that were conducted by the for the estrogen blocker, clomiphene.
The current WWE star has made only one statement about the matter, saying he will get to the bottom of the matter.
To much criticism, the former UFC heavyweight champion wasn't punished by the pro wrestling giant.
"The Beast" has made two appearances for the company since the alleged drug test failures and is scheduled to appear on Monday's "WWE Raw" and will face Randy Orton at Summerslam, two days before the NSAC hearing.
