The Professional Fighters League heads to Chicago on April 19, as the promotion continues the start of its 2024 regular season. PFL 3 is in the Wintrust Arena, featuring welterweights and featherweights in action.

It will feature several PFL vs. Bellator contests. The main event is a welterweight clash between Andrey Koreshkov and Magomed Umalatov.

A two-time Pankration gold medalist, Koreshkov turned pro in 2010. He joined Bellator in 2012 and is 17-4 with the promotion. A two-time Bellator tournament winner, he beat Douglas Lima in 2015 for the Bellator welterweight title. Koreshkov is on a five-fight win streak, beating Lorenz Larkin in July in a Bellator vs. Rizin event.

Umalatov turned pro in 2015. Joining the PFL in 2021, he is 5-0 with the promotion. His last fight was a decision win in June 2023 against Nayib Lopez.

The co-main event is a featherweight clash between Brendan Loughnane and Pedro Carvalho. Loughnane was on Dana White’s Contender Series but wasn’t signed. It was the PFL’s gain, as Loughnane joined the promotion and has gone 9-2, winning the 2022 featherweight tournament. He got knocked out of the 2023 regular season by Jesus Pinedo.

Carvalho is a former Bellator featherweight title contender and is 6-5 in the Bellator cage. On a two-fight losing streak, he last fought in September, losing via TKO against Aaron Pico.

Other fighters on the card include Neiman Gracie, Bubba Jenkins, Brennan Ward, and Enrique Barzola.
