Inter Miami is ready for revenge in the hot South Florida sun.

Lionel Messi and Inter Miami host the New York Red Bulls — unbeaten in their last six games — on Saturday, May 4 at Chase Stadium.

Last time out in Harrison, N.J., with Messi sidelined due to an injury, the Red Bulls routed Inter Miami, 4-0, behind a Lewis Morgan hat-trick. This time, Messi is fit for action. Additionally, Luis Suarez — with seven goals, four assists in 10 games — is ready to combine with Messi in front of goal, to the delight of a likely sellout crowd at home. Inter Miami is in first place in the Eastern Conference for a reason, and with Messi back in the lineup, the club has won three straight games.

Inter Miami vs New York Red Bulls lineups, team news

Coach Gerardo Martino continues to navigate a lineup with no Jordi Alba as well as Federico Redondo and Diego Gomez. However, the club got a boost this week with Sergii Kryvtsov back in full training and back in the squad, on the bench for today's game after a hamstring injury.

Inter Miami starting lineup (4-3-3): Callender (GK) — Weigandt, Freire, Aviles, Negri — D. Ruiz, Busquets, Gressel — Messi, Suarez, Taylor.

The Red Bulls will be without centerback Noah Elie due to his straight red card last week. However, Andres Reyes is back from his red card suspension from mid-April and starts alongside Sean Nealis in central defense, with Frankie Amaya slotted into midfield.

NY Red Bulls starting lineup (4-4-2): Coronel (GK) — Duncan, S. Nealis, Reyes, Tolkin — Amaya, Edelman, Carmona, Forsberg — Vanzeir, Morgan.

Inter Miami vs New York Red Bulls prediction

Since Messi returned to the starting lineup in mid-April, his team has won three straight games, scoring 10 goals total in that span. Messi has been responsible for scoring or assisting on eight of those goals, and incredible feat and proof of his jaw-dropping skill in front of goal. With Messi in the lineup, the Red Bulls' unbeaten run will likely come to an end.

Prediction: Inter Miami 2-1 New York Red Bulls
