The Philadelphia Phillies certainly will be busy this summer.

Philadelphia has been one of the best clubs in baseball this season and has a real chance to do something special. The Phillies haven't won a World Series title since 2008 but currently is tied with the New York Yankees for the best record in baseball.

The Phillies are loaded with talent, but one area that already has been mentioned as a spot that could be improved through a trade this summer is the outfield. There are sure to be some intriguing players available and one that has been floated as an option for the Phillies is Chicago White Sox superstar Luis Robert Jr. by the New York Post's Jon Heyman.

"The White Sox are actively seeking packages for Robert, and with two team options at a club-friendly $20 million and just $63M to go through 2027 (assuming the options are exercised), he combines control and talent like no one else out there," Heyman said. "Worry over injury history is the negative heard. But many need outfielders (Los Angeles Dodgers, Phillies, Kansas City Royals, etc.) Chances to be dealt: Good."

Robert could be exactly what the Phillies need. He would cost a haul of top prospects, but he could provide stability in center field for the Phillies for years to come. He earned his first All-Star nod last season when he clubbed 38 home runs, drove in 80 runs, stole 20 bases, and slashed .264/.315/.542 in 145 games played and won't be a free agent until 2028.

Philadelphia should be considering all options to improve the club and landing someone like Robert could be the perfect move to take the club to another level.
