Have you ever been at work when you really didn't want to be? For whatever reason you just don't feel like giving it your all? Thursday seemed to be one of those days for Yoenis Cespedes.

Usually, Cespedes is pretty reliable as an outfielder — his Gold Glove Award last season should prove that. But during spring training, there's only so much effort he's willing to put in. When the Mets outfielder saw A.J. Reed's ball coming towards him, Cespedes decided to just let it go.

The umpire seemed confused by this as he came up to Cespedes like, "wtf dude."

The umpire simply bent down and rolled the ball out of there. Cespedes responded with a Kanye shrug.

¯\_(ツ)_/¯

While these two were going over this, Reed was rounding the bases for an inside-the-park home run.

Had Cespedes put in just a little effort, the play likely would have ended as a double for Reed. Oh well.
