HBO host John Oliver trolled the Yankees' new ticket policy by giving fans premium seats for 25 cents and encouraging them to dress "as if you've never sat in a premium location before."
During the first three Yankees opening games against the Astros, fans showed up dressed in Ninja Turtle, shark and unicorn costumes. But the Yankees did nothing to attempt to remove the fans.

On Thursday, the final game of Oliver's practical joke, the Yankees took the high road and responded.
“Thanks, John Oliver. Everyone is welcome at Yankee Stadium," read the video board during the Yankees' game against the Astros.
