Very few hitters have reached the upper deck of the new Yankee Stadium, but Marcus Stroman allowed a monster home run that nearly did just that on Thursday.
During the first inning of Thursday's game against the Houston Astros, Jon Singleton hit a ball off the facing of the upper deck.
Singleton's two-run homer came off the bat at 115.4 miles per hour and had a projected distance of 442 feet. But it's fair to assume this ball was going to travel much further than that.

It has been quite the series for home runs. The Astros have hit four homers in the first inning of this series, two of which belong to Kyle Tucker.
Now, Singleton may have just become the closest to reaching the upper deck of the new stadium.
