New York Yankees legendary broadcaster John Sterling announced his retirement earlier this week, and the organization is holding a ceremony to honor him Saturday.
Ahead of the afternoon game against the Tampa Bay Rays, the Yankees are holding a ceremony to honor Sterling and all of his accomplishments from the 36 years he spent as the voice of the Yankees.

How to watch Yankees' ceremony for John Sterling retirement
In what is going to be a bittersweet day for Sterling, the Yankees organization and Yankees fans, the festivities are expected to begin around 12:30 p.m. ET. Those attending the game will want to be seated by then.
The ceremony is going to be live-streamed on YES Network and the YES App for those in the Tri-State area. For those outside the Tri-State area, MLB Network also is expected to have a live feed of the ceremony honoring Sterling starting at 12:30 p.m. ET.
The pregame coverage on YES Network will begin at 11:30 a.m. ET. Sterling will have a press conference at 11:45 a.m. ET, but it isn't clear whether YES Network will livestream the presser.
