If that's too pricey, fans also have the option of purchasing standing-room only tickets for a slightly more affordable price. As of 2 p.m. ET on StubHub, those tickets were listed for $2,249.

And it doesn't stop there. The median ticket price for Games 4 and 5 in Chicago on Saturday and Sunday is $3,650 and $3,500, respectively. Some dugout box tickets for Game 5, a potential championship-clinching game, are listed as high as $75,000.

The most expensive pair of tickets for any of the three games at Wrigley Field were purchased on StubHub for $19,000 each. Those lucky fans will enjoy a front-row view in close vicinity to the Cubs bullpen.

In comparison, ESPN reported that the average ticket price for Games 1 and 2 in Cleveland was around $1,000.

The Cubs are in the World Series for the first time since 1945, and they haven't won a championship since 1908. The Indians last appeared in a World Series in 1997 and last won one in 1948.
