Terry Francona couldn't sleep before Sunday's World Series Game 5. So at 3:30 a.m. in a Chicago hotel, he ordered some ice cream from room service.

Not just a little bit of ice cream. Exactly $44 worth of ice cream. Even by overpriced room-service standards, that sounds excessive.

"I had the brownie sundae. I had two orders of chocolate, and two orders of vanilla with chocolate sauce," Francona said, describing his late-night snack, via Cleveland.com. "And then to kind of keep it healthy, I ordered berries. Oh, and a Diet Coke."

Hotel staff even asked Francona, "How many people is this for?" and Francona said he was alone. Yet he polished off the entire order.

That didn't help his insomnia, though, as Francona said life was "not fun" for a few hours afterward. Use your imagination.

One can only imagine the room service tab if Francona's Indians clinch the team's first World Series title since 1948 tonight at Wrigley Field.
