Well, he wasn't doing it just for laughs, as the documentary chronicling his baseball adventures premieres Saturday.

On March 12 the comedic actor played 10 different positions for 10 different teams in the span of one day. The documentary, "Ferrell Takes The Field," is set to premiere on HBO on Sept. 12, but fans attending Saturday night's game between the Padres and Dodgers at Petco Park will get a special early screening of the movie.
