It's the little things that go a long way.
Nationals shortstop Ian Desmond spotted a fan with a disability in the stands prior to his team's game against the Reds on Tuesday and decided to play a quick game of catch during warmups. It was a small gesture but we're pretty sure it made the fan's night.
