Remember Tom, your first friend on MySpace when you joined the social media site? Apparently, he's a huge fan of pitcher Tim Lincecum.

Tom Anderson, the co-founder of MySpace, has offered to pay the Giants the entirety of the 31-year-old free agent's contract if they re-sign him.

Lincecum was a huge part of the Giants' rotation back in the late 2000s, winning back-to-back National League Cy Young Awards in 2008 and 2009, and has been a part of the team's three World Series titles since then.

However, with San Francisco signing Johnny Cueto and Jeff Samardzija recently, there likely isn't any room left in the rotation. Coupled with the fact Lincecum is coming off a hip surgery, the Giants might have to pass on Anderson's generous offer.
