Boston Red Sox outfielder Tyler O'Neill has been remarkable since joining the team this offseason.
Despite missing multiple games due to a concussion after a collision with Rafael Devers, he's second in the league in home runs (nine). Only Mike Trout (10) has more.
During Boston's Sunday night matchup with the Chicago Cubs, O'Neill was mic'd up, and he shared his desire to participate in this year's Home Run Derby.
Tyler O’Neill says he’s down to do the Home Run Derby if he gets the invite. 👀

The last Red Sox to participate in the event were David Ortiz and Adrian Gonzalez back in 2011. Ortiz was the last Red Sox to win the event, doing so in 2010.
Boston's roster may leave a lot to be desired, but watching O'Neill mash has been great, and it would be awesome to see him get a shot at the derby.
