After the Boston Red Sox fell to the New York Yankees 5-4 at Yankee Stadium on Friday night, the two teams will meet again on Saturday afternoon.

For the matchup, Boston will send Brayan Bello to the mound while New York will counter with Gerrit Cole.

Bello has been all right for Boston this season, posting a 4.70 ERA and a 1.38 WHIP while striking out 140 batters in his 27 starts. He allowed three runs on five hits while striking out seven in his last outing against New York. Seven members of the Yankees lineup have recorded hits against him - Gleyber Torres (6-for-18 with an RBI and a walk), Juan Soto (1-for-6), Aaron Judge (2-for-11 with four walks), Jazz Chisholm Jr. (1-for-6), Anthony Rizzo (1-for-9 with an RBI and two walks), Anthony Volpe (5-for-10 with a solo home run) and Alex Verdugo (3-for -5 with a home run and four RBIs).

Cole has been good for New York in his 14 starts this season, posting a 3.36 ERA and a 1.24 WHIP while striking out 85 batters. He allowed four runs on seven hits in his only outing against Boston earlier this year. Eight members of this Red Sox lineup have recorded hits against him - Jarren Duran (3-for-15 with two walks), Rafael Devers (14-for-41 with eight home runs, 19 RBIs and seven walks), Tyler O'Neill (1-for-2 with a walk), Masataka Yoshida (1-for-7 with an RBI), Triston Casas (3-for-5 with a home run, three RBIs and two walks), Trevor Story (3-for-17 with a home run, two RBIs and two walks), Danny Jansen (2-for-10 with a solo home run and two walks) and Enmanuel Valdez (1-for-1 with a walk).
