Bello hasn't been great for Boston this season, posting a 4.97 ERA and a 1.44 WHIP while striking out 114 batters in 22 starts. However, he's been better recently, allowing three or fewer runs in his last six outings. Nine Orioles have recorded hits against him - Colton Cowser (3-for-5 with four RBIs), Gunnar Henderson (2-for-10 with a walk), Eloy Jimenez (3-for-3), Ryan Mountcastle (1-for-5), Cedric Mullins (4-for-8 with a walk), Ryan O'Hearn (1-for-6 with two walks), Adley Rutschman (1-for-10 with two two walks), Anthony Santander (1-for-9 with a walk) and Ramon Urias (1-for-5 with a walk).
Povich, Baltimore's No. 4 prospect, has struggled in his seven starts this year, posting a 6.27 ERA and a 1.69 WHIP while striking out just 25 batters. This will be his first start in three weeks in the MLB after he was sent down to Triple-A. He's only faced one member of Boston's lineup - Danny Jansen (0-for-2 with a walk).
