During Wednesday night's 7-3 win over the Toronto Blue Jays, Boston Red Sox reliever Chris Martin returned to action after missing time on the injured list as he continues to battle through anxiety.
Martin entered the game in the ninth inning with a four-run lead, and while it wasn't the highest-pressure situation, the veteran was tested with one out and one on with Vladimir Guerrero Jr. coming to the plate. Guerrero Jr. chopped a ball over Martin's head, but the pitch grabbed it with his barehand while falling down on his back and threw the ball to first base to record the out.

This was one of the craziest defensive plays that we'll see this year, but Martin is no stranger to fielding his position this season, as he's caught a couple of balls hit directly at him earlier in the year.
