The Phillies are welcoming Pope Francis to the City of Brotherly Love in their own special way.
Ahead of the Pope's visit to Philadelphia Sept. 26-27, the Phillies will issue him his very own "Rookie Card" on Wednesday during the game against the Nationals.

— Phillies (@Phillies) September 15, 2015“In honor of Pope Francis’ upcoming visit to celebrate the World Meeting of Families Congress, fans may pick up a commemorative Phillies Pope Francis Rookie Card at the First Base and Third Base Kiosks,” the Phillies said in a statement.
Eagles fans have also embraced the Pope's scheduled arrival, even creating a petition to have Francis bless quarterback Sam Bradford's knees for the upcoming season.
