The Yankees evened their AL Division Series on Saturday night with a 6-2 victory over the Red Sox in Game 2 at Fenway Park in Boston.
Yankee hitters got to Sox starter David Price early. Aaron Judge homered off the left-hander in the first inning to give New York an early 1-0 lead. Gary Sanchez followed suit with a home run in the second inning. He also hit a monster 479-foot, three-run homer in the seventh.

Masahiro Tanaka pitched well for the Yankees, allowing one earned run on three hits over five innings to earn the victory.
The series shifts to New York for Game 3 on Monday with the best-of-five series tied 1-1.

11:45 p.m.: Nunez strikes out looking for the first out of the inning. Kinsler now at the plate for Boston.
11:43 p.m.: Pearce draws a leadoff walk and the Red Sox have some life in the ninth. Nunez will come to bat with a runner on first.
11:41 p.m.: Aroldis Chapman will come in to try to shut the door in the bottom of the ninth inning.
11:38 p.m.: Sanchez flies out to left to end the top of the ninth. Last chance for Boston with Pearce, Nunez and Kinsler due up.
11:35 p.m.: Stanton grounds to third, Nunez fields it, steps on third for the forceout then throws to first to complete the double play. Sanchez is now at bat with Walker at second and two outs.
11:31 p.m.: Voit draws the walk and the Yankees will pinch-run Neil Walker for him at first base. Stanton at the plate with two runners on and no outs.
11:29 p.m.: Judge leads off the ninth with a walk. Voit at the dish with a runner on and nobody out.
11:24 p.m.: End of the eighth inning. Bogaerts grounds to short, Gregorius fields it and flips it to Torres at second for the forceout to end the inning. Yankees lead 6-2.
11:23 p.m.: Martinez hits a chopper to short and Gregorius fields it and throws to first to get the forceout. Bogaerts is up with two outs and a runner on base.
11:20 p.m.: Betts grounds out to third, and then Benintendi draws a one-out walk. Martinez steps in with a runner on.
11:13 p.m.: The Yankees make another pitching change and pull Betances. Zach Britton will come in to pitch the eighth.
11:12 p.m.: McCutchen grounds into a double play to end the top half of the inning. Red Sox have Betts, Benintendi and Martinez due up in the bottom of the eighth.
11:10 p.m.: Torres strikes out, and then Gardner draws a walk with one out. McCutchen is at the plate with a runner on.
11:05 p.m.: Heath Hembree comes in to pitch for Boston. Christian Vazquez will come in to catch. Moreland appeared to hurt his hamstring after scoring in the last inning. He's subbed out and Steve Pearce will take over at first.
11:02 p.m.: End of the seventh inning. Devers grounds out to second to end the inning. Yankees lead 6-2.
10:59 p.m.: Rafael Devers pinch-hits for Leon and strikes out as Kinsler steals third base. Bradley is now at the plate with Kinsler at third and two outs.
10:58 p.m.: Red Sox scoring play. Kinsler doubles to left field off the Green Monster and scores Moreland. Yankees lead 6-2.
10:55 p.m.: Moreland leads off the inning with a single to right through the shift. Nunez then flies out to right. Kinsler is now up with Moreland at first and one out.
10:51 p.m.: Gregorius grounds out and Adeiny Hechavarria, who took over for Andujar at third last inning, follows suit. To the bottom of the seventh we go with Moreland, Nunez and Kinsler due up.
10:49 p.m.: Yankees home run. Sanchez takes Rodríguez deep to left-center field for his second homer on the night. Yankees lead 6-1.

10:46 p.m.: The call is overturned after review and Voit is called out, so it'll be runners at first and third with one out and Sanchez at the plate.
10:44 p.m.: Stanton hits a chopper to the left side and it's fielded by Nunez. He throws to second but Kinsler's foot is off the bag as Voit slides in safely. The play is under replay review.
10:42 p.m.: Voit follows Judge's single with a walk. Stanton will come to the plate with two runners on and no one out.
10:39 p.m.: Judge hits a chopper up the right side of the infield and Moreland leaves first to field it. Rodríguez doesn't make it to first in time to cover the bag and Judge leads off the inning with an infield single.
10:38 p.m.: Rodríguez heads back out to pitch the seventh for Boston.
10:35 p.m.: End of the sixth inning. Betances pitches a perfect frame and we're on to the seventh. Yankees lead 3-1.
10:32 p.m.: Tanaka's final line: five innings pitched, three hits, one run (one earned), one walk, four strikeouts, one home run allowed, 78 pitches, 48 strikes.
10:31 p.m.: The Yankees make a pitching change. Tanaka's night is done and Dellin Betances will come in to pitch the sixth.
10:28 p.m.: McCutchen strikes out and strands two runners to end the top half of the inning.
10:24 p.m.: Gardner pops out to shortstop. McCutchen is now at bat with two outs.
10:18 p.m.: Andujar gets a bloop single to fall in right field. Torres follows that up with a single to center. Boston makes a pitching change as Eduardo Rodríguez will come in to face Gardner with two men on and one away.
10:15 p.m.: Another pitching change for Boston as Brasier exits and Brandon Workman comes in to pitch the fifth.
10:12 p.m.: End of the fifth inning. Tanaka faces three batters and gets three outs. On to the sixth at Fenway. Yankees lead 3-1.
