Desperate times call for desperate measures, so City of Toronto councillor Norm Kelly reached out for help.

With the hometown Blue Jays down, 2-0, to the Rangers in the best-of-five AL Division Series, he tweeted to rapper Lil B that the team could use a hand.

Remember, Lil B is the same guy who blessed Texas before the long-shot Longhorns upset No. 10 Oklahoma in Dallas.

So when he replies that he loves you … well, that's big.

Since Lil B shared the hip-hop love, the Jays have won two straight, forcing a Game 5 on Wednesday — and sending fans of both teams to Lil B's Twitter feed to see who's blessing whom.
